On-site arrival
Licensed inspector arrives at the scheduled time. The inspection takes 60 to 90 minutes for most homes.
Roof walk and photos
Full on-roof inspection. Every penetration, valley, flashing, and ridge gets checked. Anything questionable gets photographed and marked.
Attic walk
Underside of the decking from inside the attic. Daylight, water staining, or rusted nails tell us things the surface does not.
Written report
Withshortly after you get a written report with photos. Plain English, no surprise fees, no pressure to schedule work.
